Bayu Aditya Firmansyah, ST, MT, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PMOCP™

Bayu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) with a master of engineering in construction management from University of Indonesia. He worked as Pro Manager at UOB Buana Bank and has been a project management trainer since 2009. He was a lecturer at University of Indonesia. With many years work as consultant & analyst, he is an expert in feasibility study, financial engineering, and risk management. He is active in contributing his researches and project experiences by writing several papers that published in national and international conferences. Bayu is also an active board advisor of PMI Indonesia Chapter and he was Vice President from 2016 – 2023 and Project Manager of PMI Indonesia Symposium & Exhibition (SymEx) 2017. He was a speaker at Asia Pacific PMI Leadership Institute Meeting in Hong Kong, in 2017.

Alin Veronika, ST, MT, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PMOCP™

With many years working as a consultant and project management professional, well over 10 years in training industry and over 15 years in education sector, Alin is an experienced professional with a proven track record in all phases of technical training. She has spent her time developing effective training module and teaching delivery method. Alin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) and Project Management Office Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP™) with a master of engineering in construction management from the University of Indonesia. She worked as lecturer at University of Indonesia for 7 years before worked as research assistant at University of Hong Kong. She has more than 18 years of experience in construction project management. Working as consultant, she has been involved in many projects related to infrastructure development, feasibility study, master plans, commercial building development, power plants, etc. Alin was President of Project Management Institute (PMI) Indonesia Chapter from 2016 – 2023.

Wahyu Istiqo Marga Cromer, ST, PMP®, PMI-PMOCP™

Wahyu has long experience in developing new businesses and implementing project management in Oil & Gas, Information Technology and Telecommunication industry during his assignment with Schlumberger Sedco Forex, Unocal Indonesia, SCS Astragraphia and He served as Program Manager for PMO & QMS Division at Bakrie Telecom before join Avenew Indonesia. He graduated from Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember in Multimedia Telecommunication also has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2007. He had been actively involved in developing PMI Indonesia Chapter as former VP Treasury and several communities concerning Small Medium Enterprise empowerment in Indonesia.

Ir. Ika Avianto, M.T., PMP®

Ika is a Professional Project Management (PMP) certified that has more than 30 years of professional working experience in project management implementation, supply chain management and project control at various industries such as; Oil & Gas, Telco & ICT, Information System, Palm Oil Plantations & Factories, Etc. He has an extensive experiences in managing and controlling projects under Integrated Project Management & Supply Chain Management program, through collaboration techniques integrates and leads teams to achieve business objectives.

Ir. Imam Handoyo, M.T., PMP®, PMI-SP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PMOCP™

Imam has more than 20 years experience in construction project management. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, PMI-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certified and PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certified. He graduated from postgraduate program Institut Teknologi Bandung majoring Construction Management. He also holds Sertifikat Keahlian from Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) for Ahli Madya – Bangungan Gedung & Manajemen Konstruksi.

Eric Kristianto, S.T, PMI-PMR™ , PMI-PMOCP™

Eric has more than 15 years of several experience in the Oil and Gas Sector (Company and Services), Power Plant Construction, and High Rise Building, Industrial Building Construction, and Infrastructure. He is involved in the Indonesia Mass Transit Project (Implementation Project of Public Transportation System) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) – Project Management Consultant (PMC) as a Project Control.

Eric has been responsible for Project Management Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Preparing Cost Estimation, and Technical & Commercial Proposals, as well as overseeing Fabrication, Installation, and Project Closing. He is proficient in operating SAP 2000, AFES, Autocad, Sketchup, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Leni Sagita Riantini, S.T., M.T., Ph.D.

Leni is an experienced instructor specializing in Project Management and Construction Management. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Universitas Indonesia and a Doctorate from the National University of Singapore.

Her research focuses on Business Continuity Management (BCM) in the construction industry, stakeholder management, project communication, and the use of Virtual Reality (VR) for digitalization. Her latest publications include books and scientific articles on BCM, WBS, risk management, stakeholder management, and near-zero energy housing.

Dhany Damayanti, S.T., PMI-PMR ™

Dhany is a dedicated Training Coordinator since early 2022. Over the past three years, Dhany has successfully managed 161 training batches, supporting over 2,500 participants in PMP, CAPM, Agile, Risk Management, PMO, and Portfolio Management training programs, including mentoring sessions. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universitas Airlangga and a PMI-PMR certification, Dhany ensures effective training delivery and impactfully reporting. Her expertise drives high-quality learning experiences, helping professionals enhance their project management skills

Indi Annisa Qotrunada, S.Ds, PMI-PMR™

Indi has been part of Avenew’s marketing team since 2022, contributing to the company’s branding, content strategy, and creative execution across various platforms. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Indi brings a strong creative direction to Avenew’s visual identity—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact. She has played a key role in producing marketing materials for Avenew’s business units, including StudySpace, JPMR, professional trainings, conferences, and corporate campaigns.
