3-day online course will provide you the skills and competencies needed to structure a PMO (Project Management Ofice) — including how to analyze portfolio and project success, implement a governance model, and conduct and apply lessons learned. You learn how to standardize project management methodologies, processes and templates.

Project Management Inbound online training will use zoom platform with 4 hours per session. The participant will get soft copy module, and Start Your Project book.
